Welcome to Judith’s World!

This is my new space where I’ll be sharing my thoughts on health and fitness, delicious and healthy recipes, and things I find inspirational.

Since learning that I’m allergic to sugar a few years ago, I’ve become passionate and excited about living a healthy life. Yes you read that right, I’m allergic to all types of sugar including fructose, carbohydrates and dairy! And after overcoming my sugar addiction, I’m truly grateful for living this healthy lifestyle. I’ll be sharing some of my delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free recipes with you, which I hope you will love as much as I do. Who knows, you might also be looking to quit sugar – maybe my blog will help 🙂

Another passion of mine is exercising! I’ve always been active and absolutely love going to the gym. There’s nothing better than a great workout and living in your dream body. Remember – if you don’t look after your body, you’ll have nowhere else to live! No matter what you look and feel like now, it’s in your power to change and create your temple. So let’s get started!

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t spend my whole day at the gym and in the kitchen! By day I’m a visual effects line producer, working on exciting movies such as Batman v Superman, Godzilla and Captain Phillips to name a few. I’ve had my heart set on working in film since I was a little girl, so this is literally a dream come true for me.

By now you’re probably wondering why I’m writing this blog. Having changed my lifestyle to be a fit and healthy one, what excites me most is inspiring others to change their life to be healthier and happier. Even if it’s just a small change such as taking the stairs instead of the lift, joining the gym, or giving up carbs, it brings me joy seeing others make a healthy choice!
